Ingredienti

  • 200 g red onions, cut in halves,

  • 1 - 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 150 g canned sweetcorn kernels, drained
  • 500 g canned kidney beans, drained (approx. 800 g before draining)
  • 6 soy and mushroom sausages (450-600 g)
    o 6 vegetarian sausages of your choice
  • 3 - 4 sprigs fresh coriander, leaves only
    o 3 - 4 sprigs fresh flat-leaf parsley, leaves only
