  • 20 g unsalted butter, diced
  • 100 g white wine, dry
  • 150 g liquid vegetable stock
  • 350 g broccoli florets
  • 50 g water
  • lime juice, freshly squeezed, for drizzling
  • fresh parsley, roughly chopped, for garnishing
